Legal Question in Family Law in Oregon

I have sole legal physical custody of my 2 boys. My ex husband signed the proposal for this in our divorce. The judge has granted me sole custody. Can my ex husband ever take custody way from me?

YES. Regardless of what the parties originally agree to, and regardless of what a judge may have ordered, the issue of child custody (as well a parenting time) are ALWAYS subject to future modification through subsequent court action. The jurisdictional authority and power of the court to do this is vested in the courts by the laws enacted by the Legislature and cannot be taken away or warived merely by agreement of the parties.
