Legal Question in Family Law in Oregon

my ex and i split in april.. horrible things have happened since. in an effort to cool things down i agreed to temporary joint custody and set a parenting plan in action. but now he is not around much and is just making things worse for my daughter mentally. would i be best filing for full custody.. if so what would be the best way to go about it?

An agreement for temprorary joint custody is not necessarily a bad thing. The issue of your ex not taking his responsibilities seriously and not acting in the best interest of the children can be addressed both on a modification of the temporary order and on a long term basis. I suggest that you set up a consultation with an attorney.
