Legal Question in Family Law in Oregon
step-parent legal guardianship
As the wife of a custodial father, am i considered a ''legal guardian'' of our two children? And if so, is it in all contexts, or would my rights be limited?

ANSWER:
No. You are not a legal guardian of somebody else's children unless you have been so appointed by court order.
