How to stop spouse (ex) from leaving area with child

I am separated with my wife (not leagaly)and she says she is moving to north eastern oregon (vail), I live in Salem. Is there any way to keep her closer so that I can see my daughter? We're still married but, I am going to file for divorce as soon as I find out what to do. I can't afford a regular attourny and if she moves, I will hardly ever get to see my daughter Karli. We are very attatched. I would also like to find out if I have any legal rights to see my step daughter who calls me dad.
