How do I know who to submit to

How do I know what judge to submit a request to in Oregon regarding the Idaho parenting classes required for mediation.

My wife says she has already filed for divorce, but she cannot remember the name of her attorney ... I ask her to go to mediation and she said yes and that I should set it up.

I want to submitt the Idaho class to get approval from a judge to accept it, but don't know who that judge would be.

Submit request to PRESIDING JUDGE of the circuit court of the Oregon county in which the Oregon divorce case has been filed.
