Temporary guardianship

I gave my mother temporary guardianship so she could enroll my child in school..how do I revoke it???? There was nothing done in a court just a paper notarized. I live in WA and she lives in OR.

You revoke it in the same manner you gave it: in writing, notarized.

Have a paper notarized revoking the temporary guardianship, and have it recorded at the County auditor's office.

That's the very short answer. I imagine there is a lot more going on.

If your child is with your mother in OR and has been there for more than six months, you should consider contacting counsel in OR to assist you.
