Is there any way to to get temporary power of attorney if both parents are out of the country?
Mexico to be specific.

Sure, just have your parents, as grantors, each sign a Power of Attorney form appointing you a his/her "attorney in fact" and detailing the scope of authority that is being granted. POA forms can be downloaded from the Internet. Just do a Google seach for "power attorney form" and you will find numerous websites.
