Termination of parental rights

I am trying to find what forms I can use to terminate my sons fathers parental rights. I want to do it myself cant afford the expense of a lawyer. His father is not in his life..hes 8 yrs old and has never even so much as met him! So it will be an easy thing. I just need to now what forms I need and where I can get them. I live in the state of Oregon!

What you are seeking to do (terminate your son's father's parental rights), cannot be done unless and except in connection with the child's being adopted by some other man (new father replacing existing father) or through a juvenile court proceeding brought by the State to involuntarily terminate parental rights.

There are no forms you can use to accomplish what you are seeking to do, since it cannot be legally done (except under the circumstances as stated above).
