she thinks it all up to her
i have filled for divorce and asked for 50-50 custody of my children, my wife seems to think that all decision about the kids are soley hers. She is living with her current boyfriend who is abusive to the children and insist that when they go to california this summer that the kids will go with them no matter what I say. Do I have any legal grounds to stop her from taking the kids out of state?
