Legal Question in Family Law in Oregon

I was told that in the state of Oregon, where my sons, 16 and 14, attend school and reside with me during that time, can legally refuse their summer visitation with their father, who resides in CA? I was informed that they are of the age where they can say no. Is this true? If so, where would I find a copy of this law?

No, that is not true. Whoever told you that does not know what they are talking about.
