Legal Question in Family Law in Oregon

in Umatilla/morrow countys (Oregon) can a judge send out an email to the resondant of the court orderd time? I did not receive this information and he say's that he got an order from the judge 24 hours after the trial, by email.

Yes, Judges in Oregon use email all the time nowadays.
