unmarried custody battle
was wondering dad of eight month old daughter has a rape charge from when he was 12 or so, its still on his record but sealed. being a rape and all will that keep him from getting custody, or parenting time?

You need to see an attorney discuss all of the facts and circumstances, both pro and con that could affect a court's determination of what kind of custody and parenting time arrangement would be in the best interests of the child. I cannot give you a straight up or down guess or answer without knowing all of the facts and circumstances.
