visitation

my ex husband has sole custody of our son,in the divorce papers i am awarded visitation one weekend per month,he is refusing me visits.what can i do legally?can i go and get him anyway?please help.

QUESTION:

what can i do legally?

ANSWER:

File a Petition with the court seeking an Order for enforcement of parenting time. Forms can be downloaded from the following website:

QUESTION: can i go and get him anyway?

ANSWER: No.
