Will and Power of Attorney
If you have power of attorney can you stop your father from changing his will out of guilt?

NO, a Power of Attorney does NOT give to the "attorney in fact" (the holder of the "power") the right to change the will of the person who granted the power.
By the way, if your father wants to change his will out of guilt, it is perfectly legal for him to do so. That is HIS right. His reason for changing his will is of no legal consequence, so long as it is his knowing and intentional doeskin, regardless of whether you agree with it or not. It is, after all, HIS will and HIS estate. He can do with it as he wants.
