This is a complex and highly specialized area of the law. I suggest you contact some of the very fine lawyers with expertise in this arena. In the Portland area, I would suggest several lawyers you might contact. Try calling or dropping an email to Chris Bottoms (listed as "M. Christian Bottoms" on the Oregon State Bar's website lawyer directory, at www dot osbar dot org). Other choices would include Michael Schumann (at the Steenson, Schumann firm), or David Parks.
