Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Oregon

Bought and cooked a pot roast from Albertsons. Cut a chunk of meat off to eat, bit down and broke a tooth on a syringe needle. Went back to the store and they sent me away with the needle the roast and an 800 number to call on Monday. No other instruction or empathy. Now what

Call the 800 number but do not agree to anything. Keep the meat and needle in their current condition. Hire an attorney. I do not handle cases like this, but Mark McDougal does. 503-224-2647.
