Your question is unclear. Say A gives a car to B. A wants to take it back. In whose name is the title? A or B?

If A is on the title, then A owns the car, and B will somehow have to prove that A gave it to him. How is B going to prove that?

If B is on the title, then B owns the car. A cannot take it back without filing a lawsuit claiming that B obtained it by some illegal means, like fraud.
