my daughter has been living with me for the past year but is not on my lease and i would like her to leave but she refuses, how do i get her out of my house?

The answer to this issue can be complicated. If she is a tenant as defined by the Oregon Residential Landlord Tenant Act, then she must be removed as a "tenant" by giving her the appropriate notice, waiting the proper period of time and ultimately evicting her. If she is not a "tenant" as defined by the statute, then things get more difficult.
Without knowing more, I cannot tell you whether she is a statutory tenant.
A wrong guess could make things difficult and could end up with you having to pay for her attorney, so you want to be sure this is done right. I strongly recommend that you consult with an attorney experienced in these matters. (I recently taught a class to elder law attorneys about this very subject - I spent an hour on it).
