Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Oregon

I would like to know if I know that I would not get a fair judgement in a certain county how would I go about asking for an outside jury or to have my case presided over in another county?

You would file a motion for change of venue, stating your reasons why you cannot get a fair trial in your county.
