live in girlfriend

i was in iraq paying for the full amount of rent for an apartment that both me and my girlfriend were on a lease for for the last 10 months. can i get her to pay her half for the last ten months, since she didnt pay anything while i was gone? also, the cellphone bill is of the same question. what can i do?

You can sue her in small claims court. Let us assume that she denies that she agreed to pay half the rent or to pay half the cellphone bill. Unless you have some proof on paper, it will be your word against hers, and you will probably lose.

If that is the case, your best course of action would be to get a new girlfriend.
