Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Oregon
I went to a local liquor store to purchase an item. upon arriving at the cash register I was told I cant pull scratch tickets out of the box that was on the table. I didnt know why or what he was talking about. He walked over to his manager and the both of them came over to me and told me to leave and not come back or he will call the police for trespassing. Their were a lot of people in the store and it was embarrising. I have no idea what he was talking about. I was also using crutches, my foot was broke. I will not talk with me.

I suppose you could sue the store for some sort of slander, a false accusation that you were engaged in some sort of bad activity. But such a suit would cost far more than you could ever expect to win. If you really want to do something in such a situation, you need to let the manager call the police. Making you wait for the police to arrive is a form of "false arrest," and you can sue the store for doing that. Based on the facts you have presented, the police are not going to arrest you. If they do, then that increases the "damages" to you as a result of the false arrest by the store manager.
