Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Oregon

my mother is 88 years old and lives with me. she wants her stuff from her house but my brother will not let her have it. When we tried to get it he called the police and they told us that we were trespassing and had to leave. what can she do to get her stuff from her own home?

She can make an appointment to meet with the police at the station. She can explain the situation to the police.
