Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Oregon

Motions

Recently a Judge ruled in a guardianship, conservatorship hearing and the order was signed. I wrote to him with new information and he responded back thaT I could file the appropriate motion with the court for my request. The question is what type of motion would I be filing with the court to ask them to consider changing the order appointing a conservator for an incapicated person? Thank you.

Re: Motions

In a situation such as the one you describe, it is difficult to specifically state what type of motion is appropriate without significantly more information.

There are a variety of motions that might be appropriate depending on what the new information is and how that information would affect the conservatorship appointment.

I would suggest that you contact an attorney to review this matter and assist you. Our office represents both proposed protected persons and proposed ficuciaries.
