Neighbor

We have a neighbor claiming that a game requiring the tapping of a peddle is shaking her pictures. Is there anything she can do legally that i should worry about?

She can file a lawsuit against you, claiming that you are causing a nuisance.

I assume you live in an apartment or condo and share a wall or a floor. She could complain to the apartment management or the condo board, and you might be required to stop tapping the peddle in order to avoid eviction or other penalty.
