Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Oregon
I purchased a service agreement from a heating oil provider to provide coverage in case my underground tank leaked. We smelled oil in the location of the tank and had it tested. It was found to be leaking. I am concidering small claims as the amount was less then $4000 dollars, Whom do I make my claim agaist, The provider or the insureance company? The insurance company is out of state. Thanks, Greg

In the agreement, who promises to fix problems? Probably the heating oil provider. Sue the heating oil provider.
