Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Oregon
I rented one storage unit in oregon. payments were made by me & also by 2 relatives of mine. when i looked at past invoices i discovered i was charged & had paid for an additional unit that i did not rent and had no agreement for. at top of my statements it shows just the one unit #27 that i rent. but below in statement shows me being charged four months for unit #28. can i make him pay me back and is there statute of limitations on time i hav 2 do it in?

Charging you for a unit you never contracted for would be a breach of your contract with the company. You have 6 years after discovering the breach to sue them for it.
