Security depoist on rental
I have had a landlord keep a major portion of a 1450 security depoist.. she provided bills that I questioned.. I called the painter who's nbill she submitted and he has never done the work... it is a false bill.. Where do I stand?

You may have recourse under Oregon Landlord Tenant Law. You should consult an attorney immediately. It will be important for the attorney to see all correspondence and documentation of both the tenancy and discussions with the landord. Without those documents it is not possible to opine on a possible result.
