small claims court

plaintiff alters writ of garnishment from judges general judgment and adds defendant personal name when the debtor is a corporation. plaintiff adds more money to the garnishment. plaintiff has garnishee defendants social security bank account that is exempt property.

what can I do? do I need a attorney? what would these actions be called. is it a civil matter? thank you

Yes, you should consult an attorney.

It would be called fraud and abuse of judicial process, at a minimum.
