Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Oregon

Statue of Limitations for District Courts in Oregon

A decision was rendered,in an Oregon court, in October 1999 and the judge instructed the Asst. AG to write the order. To this date I have not received any documents from the court informing me of the decision. Is there a time limit within which they must issue a written order? If so, would my next step be to file a default motion?

Re: Statue of Limitations for District Courts in Oregon

I don't know what Rules or Civil Procedure applies to Oregon. If this were in Texas, I would file a Motion for Entry of Judgment, attach my proposed order which should comply with the Judge's decision and provide a copy to the opposing counsel.
