Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Oregon

OK I won lottery million dollors ,and I had my brother put in his name but lottery knew I won though..we went to bank with check he got a savings acount for me with 250,000 and rest in his checking it was ,690,000 total so the rest in his .so anyway I got house worth 490,000,for 170,000 so I put 80,000 down and he put in his name for me and a toy hauler few other thing so he moves in out of old house and he say 1 year I'll be able to move in my house cuzz other wise he can get in trouble and I can move in his old house so I did ,then year was up i asked when i can move into house i got so he comes over one day and give me 30 days move out his house and sells my toy hauler ,takes rest of my money that was left in his account tells me it's his and still lives in place I picked for me my kid and then keeps everything ,me my kids are homeless there's a lot more but is their something i can do? i can prove I won and I never gave him my money I just never had anything like that he's older then me he ripped my life off and he's buying new cars won't talk to me or help us and he was my best friend I trusted him. I hope their something I can do it was Thanksgiving Raffle ,I've become severely depressed I've lost my mother father uncle grand parent with in all this but him stealing my winnings after I trusted him with my life he makes hundred grand a year I have nothing

I'm sorry to hear about your situation. You may have a claim against your brother, but you'd need to meet with your own lawyer to see whether there's anything to be done. This isn't the type of question where there's a simple solution. If you wait any longer, you may run out of time to file litigation. Good luck.
