Being prescribed expired birth control then getting pregnant?
Is there any grounds for a law suit or some kind of settlement for being prescribed expired birth control then getting pregnant because it was expired?

Re: Being prescribed expired birth control then getting pregnant?
In general, as it relates to your factual situation presented thus far, wrongful pregnancy means that you became pregnant or had a child period without wanting it (this happens if a pregnancy isn't detected or a sterilization procedure fails). Here, legal standing is based on the child damaging the mother more or less. It is possible to be compensated for the cost of the faulty procedure, but NOT for the cost this addittional child will cost you till he/her is 18 years of age. So, with this in mind, if you would like a free phone consultation, contact us directly this week.
