Legal Question in Immigration Law in Oregon
My Name is Ayman, and I am an American citizen but my father happens to be Syrian. we left the united states in 2004 because his green card expired and he wasn't able to get a new one. I was wondering if i could file for a family petition to bring him into the country the only problem is i have to be at least 21. I am 17 and currently live with my brother who is 19 in Oregon. My family has to be seperated because of this unfair issue we are facing. My sister who is 15 lives with him and we only get to see them once a year. I was wondering what I should do to get him a visa or a green card please help me, i dont trust these big law firms because all they want is my money i would like an honest man of the law to help me. thank you for your time.

Hello:
A son or daughter must be 21 years old to petition your father. However, he might qualify for some employment based visa.
