Legal Question in Immigration Law in Oregon
My husband has abandon our marriage and he's trying to get his citizenship and said the immigration attorneys are telling him to not have any contact with me. Why I am his wife?

Unfortunately, appears to be a Family Law matter. If your estranged spouse obtained U.S. Legal Permanent Residency through his marriage to you, then his estrangement from you might affect his naturalization case. Otherwise, I have no idea why an Immigration Attorney would advise a client to avoid contact with an estranged spouse, unless there was a restraining order in place or you were in the middle of a divorce dispute.
