My husband is having our marriage annuled now what 4 grn crd?

My husband and I have been married almost 5 yrs I have done everything with I.N.S. properly and on time etc. but my husband didn'tr like that I had an affiar that is still going and instead of filing for divorce he filed and has almost won or will win to annul our marriage if the marriage never took place (annul) then how am I here legally and what do I do ??

Have you considered actually ending the affair and asking for your husband's forgiveness?

It seems unlikely that your husband would be able to annul a marriage that is five years old. You should have a divorce lawyer represent you on that matter. You did not state your current immigration status (e.g. application pending, permanent resident, etc.).
