illegal marry with american citizen question

i am from panama and i came here to usa illegal from mexico board almost 3 years ago and i marry an american citizen 3 months ago but i don't know what to do and i don't have high incomes and my wife neither, what can we do, we are in love

Your spouse may sponsor you for permanent residence (with a joint-sponsor if his income is not enough).

However, if you entered illegally, you'll have to eventually go back to your home country for the consular interview and submit a I-601 waiver for your unlawful presence in the U.S.
