Moving back to Oregon- change status on I-94w visa?
My Husband and I have been married for just short of 2 and a half years and we want to move back to Oregon where my family is. Is there any way that he can travel to the states on a I-94w visa and change he status so that we do not have to be seperated?

Thank you for your inquiry. I believe you are referring to a visa waiver. Your spouse should enter the US on a K visa and then file for adjustment of status.
