I as wondering what the chances of me on getting a greencard if I am married to an american citizen, my mother is an american citizen as well and I have been here since 1992?

If you initially entered the U.S. legally, there is no problem in being sponsored by a U.S. citizen spouse and adjusting status in the U.S.

If you entered illegally, it may be OK if an immigrant petition was filed for you no later than April 30, 2001.

Your fact pattern does not provide sufficient information to make an accurate determination. There are many factors to determining eligibility for a green card. The marriage to a U.S. citizen is only the necessary visa petition. A person must also be admissible based on INA 212 prior to admission as an LPR.
