PIP claim
my 2 year limit is about to expire in an automotive accident claim and the Ins. co involved dosen seem to want to settle before it does. can I file papers to take them to court to get the settelment

I'm not quite sure what the nature of your claim is. However, there is a two-year statute of limitations for personal injury claims arising out of car accidents in Oregon. Failure to file a lawsuit before the statute of limitations expires will bar a claim. Please feel free to give me a call and we can discuss your specific situation.
