Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Oregon

I let someone borrow something.

I let my girlfriend at the time borrow some rings that i bought a while back for an ex girlfriend of mine. Well the girlfriend that borrowed the rings and I broke up and she wont give the rings back. If i can show proof that i bought the rings can I get them back?
