Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Oregon
I am looking for a contingency copyrights lawyer to look at my case and see if he can help me out. I looked for several ones on the internet, but there are not interested because I did not register with the US registry within the first 3 months of publication. I do not understand why would that make a difference. I just registered my work 3 weeks ago and I know this is only if you want to file a lawsuit. please help. I live in Oregon.

Any attorney will say a review of all facts, documents, etc. is required. After that, a personal consultation is needed. This is not a simple bulletin board type question. Consult with a copyright attorney in your area for specifics.
