Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Oregon

24 hour notice

Im a homeowner, I'm renting to a tentant and we got in a verbal arguement and she physically attacked me and after asking her to let me go several times I finally , in self defense pulled her hair and held her down till she let go of me. When she did I grabbed my cell phone to call the police and she slapped the phone out of my hand. When the police finally arrived they said it was a mutual conflict. And refused to write a report. Can I still giver her a 24 hr notice?

Prior to taking any action I would suggest that you seek legal counsel. You should review the current Landlord/Tenant statues to determine the proper course of action.
