Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Oregon
I called the city of portland land development services and they came out to our rental house there is seven eleven fire life and safety hazards and two health and sanitation
hazards and seven sixty day maintenance fixes. they are offering my boyfriend 3000.00 and then another 7000.00 upon move out I have some how been left out of everything and we went to see the attorney together Im wondering if i should get my own attorney

If you can't trust your boyfriend to split the proceeds and to work together with your attorney, then yes, you might need to get your own attorney. At very least, you should talk to whoever is making the offer and make sure they know they need to make it in two separate payments to you and your boyfriend.
