Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Oregon

My dad and I rented a house a year ago together. But when my landlord and I renewed our year lease May 1st 2014 she didnt want my dad involved. She copied the lease from last year and just me and my landlord went through initialed it and signed the new lease. July 9th 2014 I had to put a restraining order on my dad. My landlord new this and was fine with me and was working with me on the rent as I tried to get a job. Then my dad contacted my landlord and then she evicted me. Accusing me of being mean to my dad and saying that all I wanted was my dad belongings. When we went to court and went to mediation, I told the volunteer mediator that I had a restraining order on my dad, and I did not feel comfortable at all discussing my living situation with him. She said I was in a public place and to just deal with it. Well after a hour and a half of discussing what my dad was going to pay and what he wanted from the house the mediation ended. I wasnt allowed to talk. I was accused of making my dad homeless, of doing drugs, of only wanting his belongings. The mediator listened to my dad when he said I had other places to live. I was horrified. Speechless. I was forced to sign papers I didnt want to. I left a emotional wreck and crying. How do I contest this??

If you signed a mediation agreement, then you probably don't have the ability to contest it. If you agreed in that agreement to move out, then you probably should. You can take the matter to your own attorney and see if there's any reason it can be challenged, but it sounds like your resources would be better spent finding a new place away from your father and your former landlord.
