Damages
Who is responsible for damages (total) to a vehical (tenants) that was crushed by a collapsed garage that was part of the house the tenant was renting? Both tenant and landlord does not have insurance. Tenant does not have auto insurance on vehicle because they were selling the vehicle.

The answer to your question will depend on what caused the garage to collapse. Was it poorly maintained or did some outside force cause the collapse (i.e., too much snow, etc.)?
If the garage was poorly maintained and the landlord knew about it, the damages would be the landlord's responsibility. If the garage collapsed due to your negligence, then it would be your responsiblity.
