The landlord and her son gave me a printed 30day notice not even dated. Shut off my electric and it got so bad I got a restraining order on him

There's not quite a question here, but you need to talk with an attorney immediately before your landlord does something dumber. Shutting off the power will entitle you to damages of 2 months' statutory damages at minimum. If the notice is defective it can't be used as the basis for an eviction. If you are the prevailing party, with respect to these claims, your landlord will end up paying your attorney fees.
