landlord tenant laws

can i be evicted if i dont even live there? im being evicted but I've moved by the day asked and they owe me money. Yesterday the landlord broke down the door.

The law requires that in order for the landlord to file an FED (eviction) in court, you must still be possessing the premises. If your landlord served you with a notice to terminate the rental agreement and you moved before the deadline, the landlord should not try to evict you with a lawsuit and would probably lose at trial, assuming there are no other pertinent facts.
