Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Oregon

I moved from an apartment where I resided 33 1/2 years. The landlord has not refunded my security deposit nor sent me a written accounting of why he didn't send refund. The Oregon State law allows him 31 days to do one or the other. Aren't I now able to receive double my security deposit plus the 200.00 of the refundable pet deposit?

Based on those facts, yes. Of course, presuming your landlord disagrees, you may need to bring a small claims action or consult with your own attorney to get the funds.
