Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Oregon
Oregon: Three roommates, all three signed lease 12 month lease. Two roommates asked (practically forced) 3rd to leave with 6 months remaining on lease and changed the lock on the door. Landlord has a form to sign for the remaining 2 to assume the total lease but they will not sign. What are the options for the roommate that was "asked to leave"?

If the landlord didn't do anything wrong (and I'm not hearing that the landlord did), I think your only claims would be against your housemates, for perhaps the difference between what you are now paying in rent and what you were paying and any costs that you actually end up paying based upon them "practically forcing you out" (e.g. any rent actually paid for months that you didn't live there, security deposit not refunded, and moving expenses).
Good luck,
