Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Oregon

Can I use "Reasonable Accommodation" to defend against a "60 Day No Cause Termination?" the Property Management likely wants to raise the rent and I'm on HUD. I'm also disabled. It's the middle of winter and the Holidays. I'm fairly sure she's also retaliating because I gave her a letter of the problems I'm having with the property. (Theyre all minor problems.) What are my chances in court? [reasonable accommodation].. If that doesnt work, what about an extension?

You might want to check in with your HUD counselor and see what your best options are. If they can't provide a solution, you'll need to talk with your own attorney to see whether you have any technical defenses or ways to leverage your retaliation or disability issues to help you meet your goals. You might check with Legal Aid. https://www.lawhelp.org/ Generally being disabled isn't a license to stay in your home indefinitely, but if you need accommodations in moving to meet your disability, you might be able to get some more time or assistance in moving.
