Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Oregon
Routinely, my landlord takes any packages delivered via FedEx or UPS, puts them in a room, and doesn't tell me they've arrived. This seems illegal to me. I'd very much like it to stop. I wonder if I have any legal recourse.

Have you told your landlord this? I'd put your concerns in writing and see if it doesn't stop. Your landlord probably thinks that he or she is doing you a favor. Your landlord shouldn't be entering your dwelling unit without permission or notice, and you may be entitled to statutory damages (plus any actual damages, which your question doesn't address--presumably all of your packages are making it to you safely). But if your main concern is to see the behavior stop, I'd try asking first.
